The adoption application and fee would be finalized & paid in full prior to receiving your dog.<br/><br/> Drop off locations through our transport program are as follows:<br/><br/>* Northwest Route – Moab, UT - Salt Lake City, UT – Meridian, ID – Richland or Kennewick, WA – Seattle, WA – Mt.
