After 8 long months in our care, she finally got her second chance at an adoption event — and for a little while, she had what she deserved: a home and love. But sadly, River has found herself back in the shelter again. ?<br/>? River has spent nearly her entire life in a shelter, only getting short glimpses of what a real home feels like.
