Meet River! This 7.5 month old sweet black Lab mix is all joy and playful energy! River is a social butterfly who loves playing with other dogs and has mastered the art of fun. He’s crate trained, doing great with the doggie door, and already knows how to “sit” and “stay” (especially if treats are involved!). River is a ball-chasing enthusiast—retrieving is still a work in progress, but enthusiasm is off the charts. A home with a yard is a must and he’s ready to keep learning and growing with the help of some puppy training classes. He hasn’t met any cats yet but he’s eager to make new friends and find his forever home. If you're looking for a goofy, smart, and lovable companion, River is your guy! Please complete an application and let us know which pup you’re interested in. Email questions to valleydogs@valleydogs.org We require a home visit, 2 week trial adoption and then final adoption. All animals are fixed, chipped and will be current on shots (puppies may need additional shots age dependent).
