Meet River! <br/>River is a handsome brindle boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart! He's the perfect combination of play hard, snuggle hard - always ready for some fun, but just as happy to curl up with his favorite people when playtime is over.<br/><br/>River is still learning all about being the best house pup he can be. He's working on potty training, leash walking, and crate training, and with patience, consistency, and lots of positive encouragement, he's making progress!<br/><br/>River is looking for a family who will give him the time, patience, and love he needs to keep learning. In return, you'll get a goofy, playful, affectionate companion who will happily fill your days with adventures and your lap with cuddles. <br/><br/>It was noticed that River had a funny hop and wobble with his back legs at times. Xrays showed a shallow acetabulum (ball socket) bilaterally in his hips. But this doesn't stop him from enjoying life - nothing slows this boy down! He is growing a bit too fast so is on large breed puppy food and a joint supplement.
