Rita came to us from Santa Cruz Shelter, where the ACO officers found her walking around a collar so embedded, another week, she would have been dead. <br/><br/>Rita has thankfully completely healed and she lives with our vet tech in Utah, but can come down to Tucson for an adopter! <br/><br/>Dog intros would need to be slow but she LOVES cats immediately. Shed be great with kids, too! <br/><br/>Fill out an application at: www.hopeofdeliverance.org
