Rio is a very sweet and loving 1 yr old Border Collie mix who loves to play with people, dog buddies and toys. He loves to get out his zoomies and then lounge around at your feet. In general he is very sweet and low key. He has learned some simple commands and is incredibly smart and motivated to please. He will be the loveliest boy for his forever people. He is neutered, up to date on shots and heartworm tested negative.
