Ringo is a handsome 3-year-old male American Bulldog mix. He's a big boy at 70 lbs but needs to lose a bit of weight! His foster mom is working on that! Ringo was found abandoned on the side of the road, and nobody stepped up to claim him. Poor Ringo! But now he's in a foster home and waiting to find a new, loving family!
Ringo is a sweet boy. Ringo is good with other dogs --he is good with his foster home's dogs and has never been aggressive when out walking. He would love to be an inside dog, but he will require a fence if outside. He enjoys playing with other dogs and chewing on Nylabones. He is house trained and crate trained. He sits on command and his foster mom is working on teaching him shake and lay down.
Here's what Ringo's foster mom has to say about him: "When I am not home, I keep him in a large crate, mainly so he has his own space and toys. I have had friends and their kids come over and spend time with him and walk him, and after a short acclimation period (during the walk), he settles in and is just fine. He loves playing with baseballs and Nylabones in the house. He is still pretty submissive, though. He is good with cats and other dogs."
He is current on vaccinations,neutered, heartworm negative, and on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. This big boy hopes to become your sweet baby, so don't keep him wanting long!
