Although he is vision impaired, it doesn’t slow him down one bit—Riley is a bundle of fun, energy, and joy! He adapts quickly to his surroundings and confidently navigates his world.<br/><br/>Riley is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He loves attention, snuggles, treats, and being close to his people. He absolutely adores other dogs and must have a lively, playful canine companion (or companions) in his forever home.<br/><br/>He knows how to use a doggy door and is mostly potty trained, though he may have an occasional accident as he settles in. Because of his vision impairment, Riley sometimes misses treats and may accidentally grab a finger, so a home with children age 5 and older would be best.<br/><br/>Riley is a total lovebug who brings nonstop happiness wherever he goes. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
