His name is Riggs because he used to ride in a big rig with his owner you passed away in Dec. Unfortualtley he ended up in a high kill shelter and on the euthanasia list, until we stepped in and saved him. He is currently in San Diego being fostered. Looks like a pocket pattie. His paperwork is listed as American Staffordshire Terrier.
