<p>Rico is a true gem and you&rsquo;ll feel muy rico (very rich) if you make him an addition to your family! He&rsquo;s one of the happiest pups we know-he literally has a bounce in his step! He is small but sturdy and given his super friendly nature we think he&rsquo;d be a great dog for a family with children of any age. He loves play time in the yard with other dogs of all sizes, but not as much as cuddle time on the couch with staff and volunteers. Rico seems happiest when he&rsquo;s keeping someone company so he&rsquo;s the perfect dog for someone who wants a new best pal! He is 8 months old and weighs 12 pounds. All dogs are spayed and neutered before they can go home with you. If you rent you must have written permission to have a pet. If you live in Mendocino County any dog you have now must be licensed. Shelter hours: Wednesday: 10-7 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 10-5 Sundays Monday and holidays: CLOSED Adoptions must begin 1/2 hours before closing.
