Ricky

What a guy!!! This sweet boy was surrendered to SCTW in early March after his owner could not longer care for him. He was not doing well at all in the shelter environment and the poor kid was scared to death. Unfortunately, poor Ricky had been surrendered more than once and had to keep adapting to new environments. (Through no fault of his - he just had bad luck when it came to his humans). Ricky knows that he might not grace the cover of any dog fashion magazines any time soon, but that doesn't mean he doesn't deserve a wonderful family to call his own!! FOREVER, this time!! Here is a lovely note sent to SCTW by his incredible foster Mom: Rocky has morphed into his TRUE identity. His name is Ricky Ticky. He loves it when I call him that. Such a sweet little guy. Ricky is very gentle. He loves to sit on the couch and watch TV with his peeps. He also likes to sleep in the big bed. Ricky doesn't like loud voices or being approached too quickly. His confidence and playfulness grows by the day. I think Ricky would be happiest in a calm household where he could shine like the splendid guy he is.
