Richie has a medium to high energy level and loves being around other dogs.<br/><br/>He’s currently part of the Rusk County Second Chance Initiative, a prison dog training program where he’s learning basic commands and good manners. Richie is neutered, heartworm negative, and doing great with his training.<br/><br/>He hasn’t been tested with cats or kids yet, but he’s shown to be affectionate and eager to please.<br/><br/>Richie will be available for adoption once he finishes his training program. He’s a sweet, active dog who’s going to make a great companion for someone who enjoys a playful and loyal buddy.

Rusk County Pets Alive!'s Adoption Policy
The adoption application can be found on our website under the Adopt tab. Adoption fees of Rusk County Pets Alive! are $50 for cats. These fees help off-set some of the medical expenses for each animal we take in. All cats are spayed or neutered and up to date on shots.
