With no one left to care for him, Richie was tragically put outside in the cold just days before a winter storm. Despite everything he endured, Richie is still incredibly loving—he just needs to feel safe.<br/><br/>He can be timid at first, but once trust is built, Richie becomes a top-tier snuggle bug who wants nothing more than to be close to his person. He bonds deeply and prefers a calm, predictable environment where he knows he belongs.<br/><br/>Richie would do best as an only dog or with very chill, low-key dogs. He’s a bit of a loner by nature and is happiest soaking up one-on-one attention.
