REX

Rex is a beautiful neutered male and he is heartworm negative. He is a large dog, very energetic and playful. We would not recommend for small children due to his size and energy. He knows a couple of basic commands, rides well in a vehicle and walks on a leash fine. He has not done well with other dogs in the shelter but we have learned that most of the dogs are much more relaxed and better behaved in a loving home environment. With some training, he could be a wonderful dog. He likes to chase balls but not so good with bringing it back you, this too can improve with practice and training. Rex is 2 years old.
