She's for adoption through the PRO-PET-OTIC Foundation.<br/><br/>Remy's adoption fee will include her 1st round of distemper, bordetella, parvo, and lepto vaccines; deworming; & being microchipped. Each pup will be adopted out on a Spay & Neuter contract with an addition security deposit of $100 that will be reimbursed when they are fixed by the age of 6 months (We do follow up to confirm & the fixing appointment must be made within 30 days of the completed adoption).<br/><br/>? They are great with kids, dogs & cats<br/>? Prefer a fenced in yard, but not required for the right family.<br/>? No Apartments<br/>? When adopting through our rescue, all of the animals in each applicant's home must be UTD on all of their vaccines (DHLPP & Rabies), UTD on an annual Heartworm Test, & currently on both Flea & Tick & Heartworm Prevention. We always call your vet to do a vet check on your animals. So please make sure that when you are applying that all of your current animals go to the vet listed. Also please call your vet & grant us permission to do a vet check. Since we are all volunteers we don't have the time to chase down this information.<br/><br/>??HOW TO APPLY??<br/><br/>1. If the dog is posted, then we are still taking applications. If you're interested in more than one of our dogs, please list them in the order on the application. <br/><br/>2. Email info@propetotic.com & ask for an application. We kindly ask that you save any questions that you have for the phone interview. <br/><br/>3. Place the dogs name in the subject line.<br/><br/>4. Once you have completed the application, please print it out, fill it out, scan it, & then email it back to info@propetotic.com. Please no phone calls.
