Reggie's Story

Meet Reggie, a three-year-old American Bully mix weighing around 70 pounds.

When Reggie first arrived at the shelter, he was a little nervous—but it didn’t take long for his true personality to shine through. Now? He’s a total ham who loves attention, treats, and making people laugh with his big, goofy grin!

Reggie is big, strong, and muscular, but don’t let that tough exterior fool you—he’s a softie at heart. He’s treat-motivated and already knows "sit" and "shake" (especially if snacks are involved). He thrives on human connection and really doesn’t love shelter life—he’d much rather be with his people, soaking up all the love and belly rubs.

Oh, and did we mention? Reggie looks like he might be part walrus—and honestly, it just makes him even more adorable. If you're looking for a lovable, silly, people-focused companion who’s ready to leave the shelter behind and move into your heart and home, Reggie’s your guy. Come meet him—he’s waiting with a wagging tail and a drooly smile!

This pet is available for adoption on 9/15/2025 at 10:50 AM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
