This sweet pup comes to us from Restore a Pet's Heart in Puerto Rico, where he was rescued from a heartbreaking situation. Rico was living deep in the woods with 20 other dogs and puppies, all sharing a small, rundown home with an elderly man named Don Carlos. The conditions were dire, but thanks to the tireless work of rescuers, every animal, and Don Carlos himself, was safely relocated. Don Carlos is now receiving the care he needs, and the animals are on their way to brighter futures.<br/><br/>Rico is currently thriving in his foster home, which is full of both dogs and cats, he's doing absolutely amazing!
