Reese's Story

Meet Reese!

This sweet 10-year-old terrier mix is a gentle soul who’s ready to spend her golden years in a loving, stable home. She has a calm, easygoing nature and enjoys the simple things in life—cozy naps, short walks, and quiet companionship. Having spent her life alongside her brother, Snickers, she takes comfort in his presence and looks to him for reassurance, making their bond truly special.

Because of their close connection, she’s hoping to find a forever home where they can stay together. They bring out the best in each other and offer double the love, loyalty, and companionship. If you’re able to open your heart and home to this devoted pair, you’ll be giving them the greatest gift—security, comfort, and a place to belong for the rest of their days.

We're told they are good with other dogs, cats, people of all ages and horses and pigs too!

Because they are seniors, they have a reduced adoption fee. And if you are a senior, you get an additional discount for adoptions!

Do you have room for these two in your home? It would be great if we could keep them together.

Reese and Snickers are being fostered, so call and make an appointment to me them at the shelter.

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered (if they are old enough) before they leave the shelter. If the dog is not old enough, you will be given a voucher for Animal Medical Center in Emmett to cover the cost of the spay or neuter.

Please fill out an application if you are interested in this dog or call us today for more information.

Because we are an all-volunteer organization, please call ahead to schedule a time for a Meet & Greet so we can ensure a dog handler is available to show you the dog or dogs you are interested in.

Pet Adoption League

1526 N.
