She would make a wonderful addition to a home looking for a friendly, cuddly pup. Reese is the perfect mix of playful and cozy, with just enough personality to keep you smiling every day. The Basics - House trained. Reese will go to the door or come get your attention when she needs to go out. She’s still a little unsure about the doggie door but is learning. - Crate trained. She will go into her crate, though she would much rather be curled up beside you. - Non-destructive when left out and respectful of the home. - Knows sit and walks well on the leash. She just needs a basic collar! She is also a, • Professional Cuddler: Reese is a major cuddle bug who believes sofas were invented for snuggling. She sleeps soundly through the night, though she is definitely a snorer. • Dog Social and Playful: She loves other dogs and gets along great with all of her foster siblings. Reese enjoys short bursts of play (about ten minutes at a time) before happily hopping back onto the couch for another nap. She does not resource guard and shares toys well. • Out and About: Reese does well in public and enjoys getting pets from new friends. She can be a little startled by sudden noises or quick movements when someone reaches to pet or play, but she recovers easily and is not a shy dog. • Signature Reese Features: - The cutest smile - Adorable jowls that sometimes get stuck on her teeth, giving her a hilariously disgruntled look - A love of pillows and a talent for turning them into her own little bed • Health Reese is heartworm negative and has no known health conditions. • Bonus Perks She will happily wear clothing or costumes. • Home Notes - Kid friendly based on public interactions (no kids currently in the foster home) - Unknown with cats or small animals - Not a fan of nail trims - Currently working on a play bite that can be a little harder than she intends when she gets excited

This means that we cannot hold animals for interested parties. It also means that many of our adoptable pets are strays and we don’t have any background or personality notes about most of them.
