Man, I guess I grabbed the short end of the stick somehow when I was born. Instead of a loving family, I was born out in a field. No one ever did much with my siblings and I. I knew people enough to know that they sometimes throw food on the ground for us but that was about it. I never got any real lovings from them. When I was caught and taken into rescue I had no idea what to expect. It was pretty scary.

I soon learned that I would be spoiled with treats, pets, good food, a warm bed to sleep in, and so much more! Now that I have settled in, it is time to find my forever family!

My name is Reena and I am a 10 week old, 27lb(my most current weight) female Great Pyrenees/Anatolian.

-How does your foster act when meeting new people?
Shy at first.

Unknown, too young.

Nervous.

Calm but Playful.

She does chew but she's teething.

-Does your foster like to play fetch?
No.

-Does your foster like to play in the water?
Unknown.

-Does your foster play with Toys?
This one is a BIG YES!

-Do you think your foster would be okay with free-roam of the house even if you are away?
Not yet.

-Does your foster have food aggression?
No.

-Does your foster resource guard?
No.

-Is your foster good with other dogs?
Yes.

-How does your foster act around other dogs?
Playful with her littermates.

-Does your foster need another dog in their new home?
I think another dog would be helpful.

-Is your foster good with cats?
Unknown.

-Is your foster good with kids?
Older kids since she's still a puppy.

-Where does your foster stay when no one is home.

No.

No.

-Where does your foster sleep at night?

Unsure.

-Is your foster a big barker?
No.

-What would be your fosters ideal home?

Reena enjoys playing with her siblings so I think another dog would benefit her. She's not been around other kids but probably older kids since she's still a puppy.

-Is there anything else you would like to mention about your foster dog?

Reena LOVES toys. She drags all the toys (or snatching the brush away) out into the puppy yard where she enjoys tormenting her sister and brothers. She also enjoys wrestling with her littermates, digging holes, and just getting dirty. Since she has a light brown coat her dirt doesn't show up as easily as her white brothers and sister. Once she trusts you, she comes up for kisses and hugs. Her eyes will melt your heart so get ready.

-How can someone adopt me?
The first step is to fill out an adoption app for me at https://www.pyrpawsandfluffytailsrescue.com/adoption-app

Once this app comes in, it will get sent on to my foster family and they will help me decide if we are a match or not.

-Where are you being fostered?
I am being fostered in Sand Springs, OK.

-Would I need to come to pick you up?
Yes, you would need to pick me up. This rescue does not send us on transports. It is less stress on us that way. Plus, you and I can already start bonding on the road trip home! ?

-Can I adopt you even though I don't live in Oklahoma?
Yep, I am not opposed to living in another state!

-How much is your adoption fee?

My adoption fee is $275.

That includes two sets of puppy shots and wormings. I will also have had a bordetella. I will be micro-chipped, have a fecal done, be de-wormed, be spayed/neutered, and will be current on heart-worm and flea/tick prevention.
