Reed's Story

This young boy is everything we love about puppies—sweet, curious, and full of potential. He's at that perfect age where he's learning about the world, building confidence, and discovering that people, toys, and soft beds are pretty wonderful. With positive reinforcement, consistency, and plenty of love, he'll grow into a loyal, well‑mannered companion.

He enjoys playtime, exploring new things, and soaking up attention from anyone willing to offer it. Families ready for all the fun (and a little bit of mischief) that comes with raising a puppy will find him an excellent match.

He is available for direct adoption or transport to a trusted partner.
For more information, contact 218‑681‑8045.

To adopt from Pennington County Humane Society, you must be over 21 or over 18 years old with a co-signer. You must own the home where you are living or have a signed statement from your landlord permitting you to have a pet in a leased or rented home Cats must be kept indoors in city limits unless leashed and accompanied by a responsible adult. Many mobile home parks have their own rules (such as size restrictions), so please check with the park manager before attempting to adopt. Many cities have pet ordinances that must be followed. These include proper vaccinations and licensing. Some communities may restrict the number of pets allowed in each household. Be sure to check your local ordinances before attempting to adopt. All adoptions must be done by the person the pet will be living with most of the time. We do not allow pets to be adopted as gifts for other people. You may, however, pay the adoption fee for a pet, and we will provide a “gift certificate,” which allows the recipient to adopt without additional cost. To adopt, the recipient must meet the guidelines listed above. Adoption fees are non-refundable.
