Reecie's Story

Our big orange ball comes complete with it's 7 year old Aussie mix named Reece. Reecie is a very happy go lucky girl who is housebroken, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and addicted to fetching her big orange ball. She will play for hours and hours with it (or any ball). <br/>Reece does have a rear limp which our veterinarian has diagnosed as a dislocated hip - the result of an old injury - which is now healed and best left alone now. It does NOT slow her down or impair her mobility in any way. You would not be sorry - this girl is really special. If you would like to offer her a forever home, please submit an application which you can find on our website (www.almostheaven-golden-retriever-rescue.org)

Almost Heaven Golden Retriever Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
All dogs adopted from Almost Heaven are spayed or neutered. All dogs are current on vaccinations, have had fecal and heartworm, lymes, and ehrlichia test and are on heartworm preventative. We request a minimum donation at the time of adoption to help offset our expenses, which currently average in excess of $300 for each dog we rescue.  Our adoption fees range between $200-$700, depending on the dogs age and breed.  As we frequently do not actually know a dogs ancestry or age, we make our best estimate of both, usually with the help of our veterinarian.

Reecie is from Almost Heaven Golden Retriever Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc.
