Rebel's Story
I am a very loving, happy boy. I was born on May 12, 2025. I am curious and learning all about the world around me. I love to run and play with the other dogs at my foster home. I am around 60 pounds currently. I seem to keep growing.

My foster family has me on a predictable schedule, and I do well with that. I can be left alone for 5 hours at a time and then need a potty break. I am very food-motivated, so that makes training easier. I know how to sit when asked, and I know what the words "kennel up," "go outside," "go potty," and "go inside" mean. All these words mean I get a little treat, and I love that! I am still learning leash manners. I am strong and like to pull, so we are working on that. I am also working on not barking at other dogs I see. I really just want to meet them, but my foster mom says that I need to be polite first. I really do love playing and chasing with other playful dogs. It gets my energy out.

I really love to be with my people and my foster dog friends. I love to snuggle with them as much as possible. I love to sleep in bed with my people. Running in my fenced-in yard with the other dogs is so fun! My foster mom feels like it would be great to get a family that has one of those. I love to be active. When I am done, snuggling and sleeping by you is my favorite thing. I will connect deeply with you and will love all the attention you can give me. I can be kind of a Velcro dog inside the house. I will follow you around to see what you are doing.

There are two cats in my foster home. I am very interested in them. One of the cats hides when I am around because I get a little too interested in her. The other cat likes to play hide-and-seek with me. I would probably do ok with a dog-savvy cat.

I like to chew, so I get bones and toys that help me stay busy. My foster mom thinks I am very smart. I would love to live with someone who can give me lots of attention and a place to run to get some energy out. Most of the time, I am a pretty calm guy. I like to use my bark when I want something really bad, so I probably wouldn’t be a good fit in a house/apartment with shared walls, even though I am making progress with that. I would do best in a home with children over ten years old because I am kind of big and strong. My foster family loves me so much, and they want me to find my forever family to bond with during my puppy development time. I can’t wait to meet you!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:
$625.00
