Meet Rebekah: Your Future Adventure Buddy!

Hello there! My name is Rebekah, and Im a 3-year-old bundle of joy looking for my forever home. At 54 pounds, I have a bit of room to grow into my perfect weight, but my heart is already full of love to give!

I have a zest for life that keeps me on my toes. Running around and playing fetch with a
ball are some of my favorite activities, and you can always count on me to be the happiest girl! My adventurous spirit means Im always up for walks and long hikes, making me the perfect companion for an active family.

Life at home with me is a breeze because Im crate trained and doing great with house training. Car rides are becoming my new favorite thing, and Im learning to enjoy every trip. My intelligence and eagerness to please make me easy to train, so Im sure to pick up new tricks quickly.

What truly sets me apart are my adorable bat ears and my love for humans of all sizes, especially children. Im a pro at giving hugs and kisses, and I promise to bring endless joy and laughter into your home.

If youre looking for a loving and playful addition to your family, apply to adopt me today! I cant wait to meet you and start our adventures together!

Operation Paws for Homes, Inc. (OPH) rescues dogs and cats of all breeds and ages from high-kill shelters in NC, VA, MD, and SC, reducing the numbers being euthanized. With limited resources, the shelters are forced to put down 50-90% of the animals that come in the front door. OPH provides pet adoption services to families located in VA, DC, MD, PA and neighboring states. OPH is a 501(c)(3) organization and is 100% donor funded. OPH does not operate a shelter or have a physical location. We rely on foster families who open their homes to give love and attention to each pet before finding a forever home. All adult dogs, cats, and kittens are altered prior to adoption. Puppies too young to be altered at the time of adoption must be brought to our partner vet in Ashland, VA for spay or neuter paid for by Operation Paws for Homes by 6 months of age. Adopters may choose to have the procedure done at their own vet before 6 months of age and be reimbursed the amount that the rescue would pay our partner vet in Ashland.
