Raven's Story
Hi, I’m Raven! Life took a turn when I was brought in as a stray, and sadly, no one ever came to reclaim me. But I’ve been given a fresh start—the shelter gave me a dental cleaning and took out some broken teeth, so now I’m feeling so much better. I absolutely adore people, love to be pet, and enjoy playing around. I think I’d do best as your one-and-only dog, but if you have other pups, a meet-and-greet will help us see if we can be friends.

She is HW+, but you can foster to adopt , which means the dog stays with you until treatment is completed and they are cleared, at no extra cost to you. The dog comes off the adoption website once you are signed up for the foster to adopt program, or you can choose to go ahead and adopt, which at that point you are responsible for taking care of the treatment and the cost.

Call the shelter at 972-744-4480 or email AskRichardsonAnimalServices@cor.gov to learn more.
