I’m about two years old, which means I’ve got tons of life, love, and loyalty still ahead of me.<br/><br/>I’m hearing impaired, so I’ll need a human who’s not just patient—but extra patient. There’s a bit of a learning curve when you choose me, but I promise I’m worth it. I’m a smart boy and eager to keep learning with someone who understands me.<br/><br/>I’m currently working on house training. I use the dog door, but I prefer not to go it alone—having another dog or a human willing to brave the elements with me makes me feel much more confident.<br/><br/>I’m a true “Velcro dog.” I love being with my person and will happily follow you everywhere to make sure you’re safe. At night, I’ll even sleep in your bed to protect you from monsters (or at least keep your feet warm).<br/><br/>Because I can’t hear you coming, I can be a bit jumpy at times. I’m really just looking for a safe place and a gentle soul who helps me feel secure. I adore other dogs and kids.
