Ranger's Story
Ranger is starting over... again.

Through absolutely no fault of his own, 13-year-old Ranger is starting over again after a child in his adoptive home developed severe allergies. He first came to us after being left at a shelter with a note that said, homeless.

This sweet senior just wants to be by his persons side. At around 30 lbs, hes an easygoing companion with so much love left to give. Don't let him fool you, he still acts young for his age! Ranger is a snuggle-loving sweetheart who would thrive with a yard to stretch his legs and a home where he isn't left on his own too often. He's happiest with company—human or canine—just not completely by himself.

Ranger does well with dogs and kids. He's actively learning how to interact politely with the fosters cat, and with continued guidance hes showing promising progress. He may need a little time to settle in around new pets, but once he does, he's a happy, mellow guy who just wants a comfy bed and a family to call his own. He is housebroken, doesn't need a crate, and loves walks.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who will happily spend his days by your side, Ranger is waiting for you.
