Ranger's Story

Ranger is a sweet and goofy 10-year-old shepherd mix who will steal your heart with his big smile and love for walks. He's happiest when exploring the outdoors or spending time with his favorite humans.
Ranger prefers to be the only dog in the home-he doesn't do well with other dogs-so he's looking for a space where he can shine solo. He has no known history with cats, and we think he would do well with calm, older children who respect his space.
This brave boy came to us with severe skin and ear infections, and he had lost much of his fur. Thanks to lots of care, his coat is growing back beautifully! Ranger is currently foster-to-adopt because he still needs medications and vet visits, but he's making amazing progress and deserves a loving forever home.
If you're ready to give a resilient, affectionate pup the second chance he deserves, Ranger is waiting for you!
