Rambo's Story

Meet Rambo and yes you read that right- his dad was a larger Pomeranian and his mom was a short staffie. We got him from a hoarding case we helped with in Fontana. We took in 11 animals from a property where their owner had passed away and the animals were left to fend for themselves for five days before anyone knew. Rambo was loose roaming the property when we first showed up and stayed close to what was familiar to him even though he could have left if he wanted to. He lived there with a handful of dogs, cats, chickens, pigs and fish. He was a bit territorial over the house and would bark at you when you first arrived but he quickly started to soften up and become friends with us. He was recently neutered and has now learned how to walk nicely on leash, sleep in a crate at night and socialize with other dogs here. He can be a vocal guy so no apartment living for him. Once he knows you he absolutely loves to follow you around so I can have him off leash on my property now while we're doing chores throughout the day. He loves to run behind me when we go out riding dirt bikes and he's a very fun little adventure guy. He can be nervous meeting new people and needs someone ho will be patient with him and how him there are good people in the world. Rambo is about 1-2 years old and on the smaller side weighing in at 33 lbs.
