He’s strong, enthusiastic, and full of affection, with a tail that never seems to stop wagging. Once he gets going, he cannot control the wiggle, and it’s impossible not to smile around him.

Rambo is affectionate and people-loving and will benefit from a decompression period as he transitions into home life. He’s still learning household routines and manners, but he keeps his kennel tidy and shows a lot of promise with structure and consistency.

He has done well with most other dogs and enjoys canine companionship. Rambo has shown no real interest in the cat room, though as with any introductions, slow and appropriate introductions are recommended.

Rambo is looking for a home that understands big, young dogs — one that can provide guidance, routine, and patience while he grows into the confident, well-mannered companion he’s meant to be.

Rambo has been neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested. He is current on vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on flea and tick prevention.

Apply to adopt here:
https://orangecountyva.gov/159/Pet-Adoption-Foster-Care-Information
