Ralphie is a 3.5 year old neutered Chihuhua mix . He weighs 10 lbs, is up to date with shots and microchipped. He was rescued from a hoarding situation and is having a hard time adjusting to his new world. He is currently in a foster home who is helping to show him that the world can be a nice place. Prospective adopters are going to have patience and allow him the time to learn to trust you. He would do best in a home without a lot of activity.
