Ralph is ready. He loves walks, hikes, playing in the yard and absolutely loves the pool. And then there’s the garden hose. Ralph has declared the hose his mortal enemy and will bravely defend the entire property by biting the water every chance he gets. So far, the water continues to win, but Ralph remains committed.<br/><br/>Back inside? Ralph has clocked out. Please direct him to the couch.<br/><br/>Ralph is an incredibly sweet, affectionate guy who loves his people and takes his role as a Velcro dog very seriously. Personal space is optional. If you’re sitting, he would also like to be sitting. Preferably touching you.<br/><br/>He is medium energy, fully housebroken, crate trained, has basic obedience and isn’t destructive in the home. He’s perfectly comfortable in a crate but doesn’t need to be crated and settles beautifully in the house.<br/><br/>Ralph can also do well with other dogs with proper and slow introductions.<br/><br/>His one request is an adult-only home. Small children make Ralph uncomfortable, so he needs a home without kids where everyone understands and respects his space.<br/><br/>If you want a dog who will happily hike or run with you, spend the afternoon in the pool, wage war against your garden hose and then come inside and accomplish absolutely nothing for the rest of the day, Ralph may be your guy.<br/><br/>He’s loyal, loving, ridiculously cuddly and ready to become someone’s shadow, couch buddy and very handsome full-time supervisor.
