Raider's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Raider is an adorable 4 month old Pittie mix that was found wandering around on the side of a rural Fort Worth road. Her foster mom was out working and found her, took her home and posted her everywhere to find her owners. After over a week and no owners were found she was accepted into Allie's Haven Animal Rescue. She was extremely thin, had intestinal parasites, scabs on her skin and hair loss. She was very scared and submissive trying to make on her own. She is now fully vetted, healthy and looking her best self. Raider is very dog and people friendly. She loves to play ball with the several other dogs in her foster home. Per her foster mom, this girl is extremely smart and has already picked up many basic commands such as "sit", "down", "shake", "stay", "kennel". She is potty trained, crate trained and is treat motivated which makes learning a breeze. She takes treats nicely and really enjoys her snuggle time as well as doing zoomies in the back yard. She sleeps thru the night without a peep. Raider is getting lots of socialization and her foster said she is the sweetest dog she has fostered and she should be the ambassador for the breed.
