Rae's Story

Meet Rae! We believe Rae is a cattle dog mix roughly about 1 years old.
She has been seeing a local trainer and completed a 5-day long board and train where she did fantastic! She has been working on her leash manners during pack walks and has even learned to respectfully play with some new friends! She also is continuing to learn ‘sit’, ‘touch’, ‘down’, and ‘leave it’. She slept quietly through the night in her crate in the trainer's house and is fully potty trained!
Rae continues to show what a gem she really is! This sweet girl has such great spirit.

Rae would love a calm, but active, home with loving humans ready to share the world with her! Due to the herding tendencies of her breed, a household without young children is recommended. She has potential with other dogs with proper introductions.

She loves walks and playing outside and rolls around in the snow. She would benefit from an owner familiar with working breeds who can teach her new things, keep her exercised, and keep her mind busy. She is very smart and loves to learn. She is a sweet cuddly girl, but strangers can sometimes really freak her out.

Slow intros and treats help her with this. She loves to play and be in your lap.
