HI everyone ?? my name is Radar and my mom Melissa is going to tell you a little bit about me so you can get to know me....<br/>From the moment I laid eyes on Mr Radar I had an instant ‘connection’ with his beautiful self. His eyes and sweet nature just drew me in. As my very first foster you can say we found each other and we needed each other. His intake papers say he is 1 yr old but the vet paper say he is 4 yrs old so he is between there. <br/>He was abandoned by his family which has made him very sad and timid at the moment but is slowly coming around and becoming more social. He has been timid of males but with time and trust he is becoming less nervous and more trusting. <br/>He loves walks, butt scratches, snuggles and play time. <br/>He is great with kids. Radar has 2 new sisters ages 12 & 7 and he just loves going for walks and snuggling with them both. <br/>He has 1 new ‘foster brother dog’ and 1 new ‘foster sister dog’ and they get along so well; they have been playing very well together. <br/>Radar is a great dog with a great personality and he is ready to meet his fur-ever home ?<br/>Radar and I cannot wait to meet you SOON ?<br/><br/>If you would like to be considered as an adopter for one of our great dogs, please go to our website- www.luckymuttsrescue.org and submit an application to begin the process.Our process includes our volunteers checking your application and doing reference checks, landlord checks and vet checks. We try to get applications processed in a timely fashion. Inaccuracies and/or incomplete data will delay and possibly cancel your application from being processed, so please make sure that you include valid information and valid contact information. You will be contacted via email if there are concerns or questions. Once your application has been processed, you will then be contacted by one of our volunteers to set up a home visit interview. After your home visit interview is completed, all of your information is reviewed. If your application is approved, you will be notified. Meet and Greets with dogs are only set up with approved applicants, so if you want to meet a dog, it is vital that your home visit is completed and that your application is approved. Adoption fees generally are: <br/>$375+tax for puppies to 2 years old<br/>$325+tax for ages 3-5<br/>$275+tax for ages 5-8<br/>$200+tax for senior dogs age 8 and up. The adoption fee covers spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations ,microchip, general deworming and veterinary inspection certificate. Breeds of dogs are best guesses and we don't guarantee any breed. Adopters are chosen by what situation will be best for the dog. Submitting an application for a particular dog does not guarantee that you will be the applicant chosen to adopt that dog.
