Rachel arrived as a stray with her mother and sister at our shelter. In spite of her rough beginning, she is friendly and craves playtime with humans. She is everything a puppy should be and full of energy and enthusiasm for life. Rachel weighs 29 pounds, and at about 6 months of age, she should not get too much bigger. We can arrange to meet you at the shelter at a time that works for you. Shelter hours are 9-3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 10 to noon on Saturday. It is always best to make an appointment by calling 606-663-4998, option 1. Our small staff can't always get to the phone so PLEASE leave a message and it will be heard answered shortly. <br/><br/>We require an application. We can send you a copy by email, you can download one at fopcp.org, or we can arrange a time to fill one out over the phone. The fee covers the mandatory spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, dewormer, and first round of flea and tick preventatives. We accept cash, checks, and a QR code on the application allows you to pay by credit card, Pay Pal, or Google Pay. <br/><br/>We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
