Rachel and Joe's Story

They are good with cats and other dogs!

No children under 10.

We are looking for someone who understands that these dogs dont need to be rushed—they need someone willing to earn their trust, give them time, keep them safe, and teach them what life inside a loving home is supposed to look like.

If you have experience with shy or fearful dogs and think you could give Smokey Joe and Rachel the safe, patient home they need, please consider fostering-to-adopt them. Sometimes the dogs who need the most patience end up becoming the most incredible companions.

If youre interested in fostering or adopting this bonded pair, please fill out the application at the link below :
https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/WAFK/Dog

Adoption fee of $300 applies, which covers the spay/neuter, updated shots, microchipping, deworming and any other medical care.
