Meet Racer
Lil Racer was abandoned at a local shelter by his owner. He was in danger of being put down because they were out of room. He weighs 7 to 8 lbs and he seems smaller than that. He is happy, sweet, and just adorable.
He gets along with other dogs but would be happy getting all the attention himself.
He was so matted we had to shave him but he has kind of curly hair like a poodle.
