Quinn 's Story

Meet Quinn!

Quinn is a white and brown speckled mixed breed with the gentlest soul and the kindest eyes. Her breed is anyone’s guess — maybe a little pittie, maybe some pointer — but what we know for sure is that she is 100% good girl.

Quinn came into our program alongside her sister, Maeve. The two were found running loose on a property and had to be humanely trapped to be brought to safety. They were both scared. And honestly, who wouldn’t be? Maeve, Quinn's sister, was suffering from a broken leg with bullet fragments still inside, and through it all, Quinn never left her sister’s side. Her loyalty and quiet strength showed us exactly who she is at her core.

When Quinn first arrived, she was very timid. But with a few days of love and consistency of her foster family, she has blossomed beautifully. This is her very first time living in a home, and at just 6 months old, she’s learning home life like a champ. After a short adjustment period of watching and taking everything in, something clicked — Quinn realized that people are kind, routines are comforting, and home life isn’t so scary after all.
Today, Quinn is a gentle, affectionate, and smart young pup with the usual puppy energy. She’s great with other dogs and loves to play. Her foster mom strongly believes Quinn would thrive in a home with kids, as she absolutely adores them. Her favorite thing in the world is snuggling up with her 3-year-old human foster sister and soaking up all the love.

If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal girl who just needed a second chance to shine, Quinn might be your perfect match.

Apply to adopt:
https://rubiesandrogues.com/pages/placement-application

Our socials and additional links:
https://linktr.ee/rubiesandrogues

This is to ensure that the information provided in the placement application aligns with the actual home setting. Depending on the animal and their needs multiple meet and greets may be required.
