Dumped on the side of the road in a box with litter mates the puppies were lucky to be seen by a kind samaritan. They were covered in fleas, ticks and ringworm, dehydrated and scared; but appeared to be healthy. They were extremely fearful of a human touch but have come along way with some TLC. He is still shy and untrusting but playful, very curious and still learning to trust all humans. Quincy is the sweetheart who just needs a little encouragement and confidence but would make the best new family member or faithful companion. He cannot be around children or male dogs.
