Queso's Story

Queso says HI! He came to us a scared and shy boy after being found running alone on a very busy highway in Tacoma. The person who found him wanted to give him a better life but unfortunately not everyone in the home was onboard. Queso spent 2 weeks outside in a yard and unfortunately experienced some pretty scary moments. He is now in the most amazing foster family and they are teaching him that not all humans are scary. He absolutely LOVES to play with the other dogs in his foster family and once he feels safe and secure he is always up for a good couch snuggle. Queso has a history trying to escape from yards and while we think his escape tendencies were seeded in fear, he will need a home with a very secure yard. He is the sweetest and most gentle boy and he is absolutely ready for his forever family!
