Meet ¡Queso! 48 pounds, 1 and a half years old, Neutered Male Labrador/Border Collie mix.
Available for Adoption!
This spunky and spirited little guy is searching for his forever home! ¡Queso! was adopted as a puppy and raised by his family who then abandoned him when they had a baby! He is a sweet and affectionate young boy who absolutely LOVES running and playing in the yard with his foster's dogs, and he has the CUTEST little lopsided under bite! He gets along great with other dogs and enjoys playing with them and chasing each other in the yard. ¡Queso! is a little timid and can be hand shy when he first meets people, and he may bark at you at first, but he is really a little softy who warms up to you quickly and gives lots of affection and kisses. He has gained a lot of confidence in his foster home and he has done well with his foster's older children and with the younger children that he has met in passing during adoption events, but we really think ¡Queso! do best in a home without young children where they can focus on providing him him with plenty of exercise. He would make an excellent running partner! ¡Queso! would benefit from some basic obedience training, and would do great with an active family, and/or having another playful young, active/playful dog in the home to be his best friend. ¡Queso! is housebroken, has good in-home manners, and does well when crated.
$145 Adoption Fee.
