Quesito's Story

Quesito is a 6 month old, 17 lb puppy with the sweetest face, adorable coloring, and those classic Sato ears that stick straight up and give him so much personality. A Sato is a Puerto Rican street dog, known for being resilient, intelligent, and incredibly loving once they feel safe.

Quesito can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and does wonderfully with kids, cats, and other dogs. He may need a slower introduction to larger dogs at first as he continues building confidence, but in his foster home he adjusted beautifully and was doing great with bigger dogs within a day. He is crate trained, almost fully potty trained, and very food motivated, which makes training much easier and fun.

He is a sweet, gentle little guy who loves affection and is learning more every day about being part of a family. Quesito would do best in a home that will give him a little patience, lots of love, and the chance to continue gaining confidence at his own pace.

Quesito is being fostered in Edgewood, MD.

****If you’re interested in scheduling a meet and greet, please fill out an adoption application at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CPAR/Dog
****

PLEASE READ:

Any dog that is house or potty trained will still need patience in a new home with new people and a new schedule.
