Meet Quentin!

12-year-old Quentin came to us from Long Beach Animal Services on March 5th. After becoming a Frosted Face, he was diagnosed by our veterinarian with a serious heart issue. Fortunately, Quentin is living each day to the fullest in a loving Foster home!

Quentin's Foster Mom reports:

"Quentin is the sweetest boy, with no idea that he has heart problems. He toodles around the yard, basks in the sun, and when I hold him, he looks up at me, and it melts my heart He is one special boy!

Quentin doesn't bark or have separation anxiety. He loves food, pets, lap time, and naps in that order. Since he is a foodie, taking meds is a breeze with him.

Quentin loves car rides and is good with children. He sometimes sniffs my other dogs, but doesn't interact with them. However, he has no trouble living with my pack.

No strenuous exercise for Quentin with his heart issue, but he does a slow jog every now and then, and he enjoys wandering around the yard, sniffing where bunnies and squirrels have been, and rolling in the grass.

Quentin needs potty breaks about every 2 hours, but he sleeps through the night with no accidents.

Quentin is a really easy boy to have around. He is such a love, and as much as I love him, he's still waiting for a forever home."
