Quentin's Story

Meet Quentin.

After losing the only home he had ever known when his owner passed away, Quentin found himself at NYC ACC, facing a world he never expected to navigate without the person he loved. Now, this sweet senior is starting over at Animal Farm Foundation, and while so much has changed, one thing hasn't: Quentin still has so much love to give. Q is the kind of dog who doesn't need a lot to be happy. He'd love a quiet, easygoing home where he can take life at his own pace, stretch out in a sunny spot, curl up beside you on the couch, and simply enjoy being someone's beloved dog again. He does well with other dogs and would love a companion who understands that the golden years can be some of the sweetest ones yet.

Since arriving at the farm, Q has been settling into his new surroundings and soaking up the little comforts that make him happy. There's something especially sweet about watching him discover that he is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who are rooting for him. And as he settles in, we're already seeing the gentle, lovable senior underneath it all.

Quentin has already lost one home. Now, we're hoping his next one can be forever. He's ready for a person who will look at a senior dog and see not what he has lost, but everything he still has left to give. A soft place to land. A warm bed. A sunny window. A hand to rest his head on. And someone to spend his golden years with.
