Queenie's Story

I'm Queenie, a 9-year-old red merle Australian Cattle Dog with plenty of heart and energy to spare! At 53 pounds, I'm spayed and ready to become part of your family - and I'm already great on leash, which makes our walks together a breeze. I absolutely love people and playing ball, and while I have some mobility issues, they don't slow down my spirit one bit. My adoption fee is just $60, so come meet this senior girl who's still got game!

Mendocino Coast Humane Society's Adoption Policy
Through our Adoptions Program, we offer a variety of wonderful animals who are deserving of a loving, responsible home.  Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, de-worming, flea treatment, as well as heartworm, feline leukemia and FIV testing.  In addition to being open Monday through Saturday, we also extend our adoption programs reach with our Mobile Pet Adoptions van, which enables us to go into our community with adoptable animals in Mendocino as well as Fort Bragg.  We also feature an adoptable animal weekly on Skunk Radio and in local newspapers. We want you! MCHS is always looking for volunteers. We need people to train dogs, take them out for walks, and to hang out with the cats in our Kitty Cottage. To find out more email us at info@mendocinohumane.org or call us at 964-SPAY.  Website: mendocinohumane.org We are located at 19691 Summers Lane, Fort Bragg, Ca.
