Queen's Story

You might think you'd be doing me a favor by adopting me. You might be right. I've struggled on the inside, the place people call the animal shelter. But once I tasted that sweet freedom (my foster family's yard) I knew there was no going back for this girl.

Queen's my name, and I've had more chances than a cat has lives (but I'm too cat-focused to live with 'em). I've been around the block a few times, usually on a leash since I enjoy a nice walk. Sometimes I struggle (who doesn't?) but thanks to my court-mandated therapy visits I'm making positive life changes. As I always say, when life gives you lemons, you destroy a nice dog toy and all those struggles float away (like the light fluff of the squeaky stuffy I just obliterated).

For all my faults I'm sure the right person is out there and I will reward them with love and loyalty. Don't tell anyone that I like a good belly rub (a softy reputation isn't good for a bad girl like me). My foster family has been good to me, but I need a place I can call my own. They have other dogs and they have been a good gang, especially the younger one that likes to wrestle with me. But now I'm ready to lead my own posse. I will miss the two little boys in my foster house, I've always had a soft spot for kiddos. Now, that's the last positive thing I'm gonna say about myself, like I said I got a reputation...

Nah, you wouldn't be doing me a favor, I'm the one who would be looking out for you.
