THIS AMAZING BOY IS GREAT WITH KIDS, CATS, AND OTHER DOGS!!! MILO IS A COURTESY POST (HE IS NOT AN NBBR DOG), BUT WE ARE ECSTATIC TO HELP HIM FIND HIS FOREVER HOME?? What is your name? I am Milo! Where are you located? Rocklin How old are you? 6 months old How much do you weigh? 55lbs What do you look like? I'm a beautiful blue boy. I am all grey with white markings. What do you like to eat? I like all food, but I eat kibble with baked chicken and cottage cheese daily. I love treats! What kind of personality do you have? I am very sweet and affectionate. I am calm around my people pack and very rambunctious around my doggie pack. I am very playful! Describe your perfect day: I like to wake up and sun bathe as the sun rises. I love going on walks, to the dog park, on trails, and fetching the ball. What is your favorite toy? I love all toys! I definitely love playing with the rope, but I also love tearing apart toys and pulling all of the stuffing out of them too. I also love to destroy cardboard boxes! Do you know any tricks? I am learning my basic manners but I am a puppy so I am in training. I know how to sit, shake, come and stay (somewhat). What scares you? Nothing!! I am fearless! Have you been around children? Occasionally Do you like them? Yes I love kids. Do you like cats? Yes How do you feel about other dogs? I love dogs! I must have a sibling. If you could be anywhere in the world, where would it be? I would be next to my human companion and my other doggie pack playing. How is your health? Excellent Who do you live with in your foster home and who is your closest companion? I live with my foster mom and dad, and two other dogs. I love them all! Where do you hang out when you are home alone? I usually will roam the backyard, play with toys and then fall asleep in my bed. Where do you sleep? I sleep in my bed in the living room during the day for naps, and then at night I sleep in my bed next to my parents bed in their room. Do you like walking on a leash? Yes Do you have any "not-so-great" habits that we should know about? For instance, do you bark or dig in the yard? I do bark, and I am partially potty trained. I am only 6 months old so I do need consistent training on how to become an exceptionally well-behaved baby. But my mind is like a sponge right now, so I will learn quickly if taught. Are you house trained? (Meaning do you go potty outside) Partially. I use a doggie door to go in the backyard whenever I want but I occasionally will still go inside. Do you like playing in water? I haven't been yet! Are you being fostered privately or through another rescue? Privately What do you love about your foster family? I love how much attention they give me daily, I love how much they feed me, I love the training they provide and I love our play time and walks. I also love my doggie siblings. NorCal Bully Breed Rescue is a foster based rescue with foster homes spread all throughout the Sacramento area. We usually require our adopters to be within a 50 to 100 mile radius of us, depending on the dog, and depending on the home. This is because we need to do a yard check to guarantee that the potential adopter's yard is secure, and also have them be close enough should any behavioral issues arise, and the assistance of our trainer is needed. We are, however, willing to adopt out of our area, including the Bay Area, Tahoe, and even further. We've even adopted out of state on very special occasions. We try our best to match our dogs to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular dog. Our adoption fees are based on the dog and range from $200-$350. In the case of senior dogs (6+ years), fees will be waived to the right home. This includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, and deworming (if necessary). Milo's adoption donation is $200. Interested in meeting Milo or any of our available pooches?
