Puppy Champs's Story

Hi, my name is Champs. I love belly rubs and snuggling! I'm happy, playful, and energetic. My siblings and I came all the way from St. Thomas, Virgin Islands to have a better life. Everyone else found homes already, but I am still waiting. Can I be part of your family please? Adopt me!
