PUPPY BELIZE Labrador Retriever & Border Collie Mix Franklin, TN

Meet this beautiful Lab/Border Collie mix puppy that is 4 months old and called Belize. What a gorgeous and loving 25 pound girl who is dreaming of sleeping at your feet and snuggling on the sofa with you to watch your fav shows and movies. Belize was found on the side of the road with a fractured hip, but not a fractured spirit! She is currently in the process of healing and to have a quick recovery from the injury. She will be good as new in no time and one day should be a 45 pound girl as an adult. When you find these sweet puppies just abandoned and roaming as a homeless little one, you just weep for them in your soul. We know nothing about her past but you can bet that we will give her the BEST FUTURE with our promise of lots of love to provide to her forever family. She has certainly provided a lot of love to her foster family in a very short time! Belize has been a quick learner when it comes to training and is being taught all the right things like crate training and so far she has reached the milestone of sleeping through the night! She has had no accidents in her crate and none in the house after the first few days. We are working on basic commands and feel confident she will learn those quickly. Belle does like to chew, after all, she is still a puppy! She loves her toys and is easily distracted by them so just keep one around to give if she starts to nip. Digging through the toy box has become one of her favorite things and you can see the delight and joy on her little sweet face as she walks away with that special toy in her mouth. She is not a picky eater and is motivated by treats which will help with training. Her foster home has one dog, two cats, and lots of chickens for her to interact with. She has passed all the animal testing with flying colors. Belize has a very playful nature with all of her foster siblings and she is a fair player and shares the toys!
